From the BMC Toys AMERICAN HERO COLLECTOR SERIES, the most iconic moment from the Pacific War theater: The Battle of IWO JIMA 30 piece plastic army men set includes 28 tan color Army of Japan Imperial Soldiers in 7 different poses, a small rock formation, and Imperial Japanese Army flag.

Made from fairly stiff, very durable, polypropylene plastic with excellent detail and almost no flashing, figures stand up to 2.45 inches tall and are about 1:32nd scale. The flag stands 7.4 inches tall. These figures were adapted from original designs of fine metal miniatures and are officially licensed by King & Country.

BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic style of the 1950s and 1960s.
